This ornament is brand new and has only been out of the box once for video verification.  Ornament is mint as well as the box with original packaging and price tag intact. The motor is a little noisy as most were when Hallmark first began making motion ornaments.  It does have an on/off switch.  

MUST BE PLUGGED INTO A STANDARD MINIATURE LIGHT STRING-3.5 OR 6 VOLT BULNS-NOT BLINKING OR LED
