Terri and I are a retired couple working to supplement our fixed income. Terri and I do our best to review each item carefully with a check list, and then check each other’s item. We’ve learned that it’s possible to miss a flaw with pre-owned items, so to incentivize our accuracy, our deal to each other is; “whomever catches a flaw that the other missed, gets breakfast in bed.”

Condition Scale:

New With Tags (NTW)- straightforward of any item condition, this means the item is in flawless condition.  With that said, we still check the NWT item for flaws that may have occurred in someone’s closet or shelf.

Excellent Condition-no flaws, appears to be only worn a few times or once.

Great condition- some signs of normal wash and/or wear but no flaws.

Gently used-shows signs of normal wash and wear with maybe one or two tiny snag or stain, disclosed in the pictures.

Previously-loved- some signs of wear including possible fuzziness, pilling, discoloration or staining. We disclose all flaws visible or otherwise, and document it in photos.
