1971-S Eisenhower silver dollar proof coin, authenticated / graded / encapsulated by NGC as PF68+ (or PF68*) Cameo.  The last of the American large dollar coins is well represented by the Eisenhower series, and this proof specimen should well symbolize the Eisenhower dollars.  It is a mirror in an NGC slab!  Proof 68+ Cameo is, by general acceptance, somewhere slightly under two points of the best grade that can be attained, short of the perfect coin accolade of PF70.  Seeing how the coin field reflects everything (even itself, at the bottom of the Eisenhower bust) reminded us what is special about the highest grades on the Sheldon scale.  Now we know, it's here for now, and you're welcome to acquire it and move it to your collection.
