Payment is appreciated on receipt of your invoice - if you do not intend to submit payment at the time of purchase please contact us before you bid. Ontario residents will be charged HST, buyers from other areas may be charged sales tax. Our prices are in CAD

RETURNS

If your parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, please take photos prior to opening. If you wish to return your item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

SHIPPING

We use Canada Post standard (non-tracked) letter mail shipping within Canada but can no longer ship items of this type by letter mail to buyers outside Canada as they are being returned to us by the postal system. We have had to switch to small packet (non-tracked) air mail shipping to buyers outside Canada, however we can often ship as many as 3 similar items in the same parcel for the cost of shipping one. If you are purchasing more than one item please don't pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible. Tracking is NOT included in the shipping cost but is strongly encouraged for our mutual peace of mind. Tracking is availaable at the buyer's request and expense. We do our best to ship within 3 postal business days of receiving payment but have been trying to limit our trips to the post office to twice weekly. We are not able to ship to some areas, if you don't see a shipping cost please contact us to confirm whether we can ship to your location. Delivery date estimates are just that, factors beyond our control can cause parcels to arrive later than the estimated delivery date.
