Delivery/Postage

Returns/ Faulty items 

If items are delivered to you faulty or broken we will provide a free exchange of the item, if item is received damaged please take some pictures of the damage and send them in a message via eBay and we will exchange the item or find a solution that best suits you.  

If this item is not what you expected or does not fit your needs then we provide a 30 days return procedure providing the item has not been damaged and can be sent back in its original packaging. Once the item has been returned, we will issue you with a full refund which can take up 3- 5 days to show in your account.
