Vintage/Antique set of 4 Pouyat Limoges Wanamaker POY28 Pattern bowls circa 1914 - 1932 Four porcelain bowls. Nicely decorated in the POY28 pattern with a pink rose, red, green, blue, and gold border. Marked on the reverse in green JP L. This is an underglaze whiteware mark used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1891 and 1932.  Also marked J. Pouyat Limoges in a green wreath. This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Jean Pouyat between 1914 and 1932.  Also marked with a W in a green wreath. This is an importer's mark used by Wanamaker (a department store in Philadelphia and New York)  in the early 1900s.  One bowl only has the Limoges France mark, but has the same pattern.  Very good condition, some wear to the gilding. No chips or cracks. Each plate measures approximately 8 1/2 inches in diameter.  No cracks, chips or crazing.  Some wear of gilding on edges.  See photos.
