IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR SIM CARDS - READ BEFORE PURCHASE

All sim cards have a network expiry date, which means that if not topped up or activated as described by the network they will at some point expire. Unfortunately, not all networks share the expiry date with us. Where it is known, we will remove any expired sim cards from sale and our stocks are renewed regularly.

Because of this, sim cards are exempt from the 12 month warranty and are guaranteed for 30 days. Therefore you MUST activate or top up the sim card WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE as we can not issue a refund if your sim card has expired several months down the line. After this period we are not able to refund or replace and claims for expired sim cards can not be accepted after 30 days. 

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your sim card at any time your network will usually replace the sim card free of charge. However, network terms apply at all times and we recommend that you familiarise yourself with those terms. 

We will of course replace any faulty sim within 30 days, but faulty sims are virtually unheard of. We do recomend that you do not purchase the sim card until you are ready to use it.
