We guarantee only the delay between your payment and the shipping date, not the shipping service transit time. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. 

We are dispatching the items within 1-2 business days from the PayPal payment receipt and we are providing a tracking number directly.

The expected delivery time  is as written above. In case your item didn't arrive on time, please contact us, in order we should open a requiry by the post.

We are sending your order to the address written by Paypal, if you want us to send it to a different address please add this request to  your Paypal note during the payment process.

Returns and service:

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you can send the product back to us by NORMAL REGISTERED MAIL, within 14 days, for a full refund minus shipping costs.

If you choose to do so, pls inform us by email first!

Do NOT send an item back with EMS, UPS or FEDEX.
