Dispatch Time:

We dispatch all items within 7 to 10 working days by postal service as mentioned in P & P

section. However, in busy times please allow 10 to 15 working days.

Additional Information:

 All items are shipped as gift parcel, and if customs of any country apply any

charges, duties, or taxes, buyer will have to pay those charges to get their parcels. 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We work for customer satisfaction and try to serve them the best. Custom made items and

special deal orders are not returnable or exchangeable.  It is very important that, you

double check your measurements carefully before placing an order. For the wrong size ordered we don't

give refund or exchange so please kindly check your size from the size chart attached before placing 

order to avoid  any kind of inconvenience or if you are not sure about your size you can ask us for help.

 Size charts is available with detailed information for measuring your size.  Our return policy just for 14 

days but make sure the item  should not be used. If in case, Item is not same as described or 

damage item.

Note: 

Due to new law changes of European countries there customs requires full value invoice for custom clearance and taxes. So any custom tax charged to buyer during custom clearance in EU countries we are not responsible of that because we have nothing to do about that charges. We only take payment of your order and shipping. I hope some of buyer already now this but we also want to keep you updated about this so there will no misunderstanding at the time of custom clearance process.


Remote Area Charges:

If the buyer address comes in Remote Area Zone on any carrier like DHL , FEDEX, UPS, SKYNET and DPD during shipping time. Then buyer has to pay the remote area charges as well to us. So we can pay the carrier and Ship the parcel to buyer. If the buyer doesn’t pay or respond to us in specific time then we are not responsible for the order or refund. These charges are excluding the shipping charges . If the buyer address doesn’t comes in Remote area zone we will never ask the buyer for these charges. There order will be delivered straight away.
