COLOR DISCLAIMER:
- Although every effort is made to photograph the items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the item.
- Items are sold as replacement and not by color.
- We do not have donor car nor donor VIN # for color codes.
- Items returned because of color will incur a restocking fee.
- Please be advised that some our items will be primed or not always painted.
- Bolts, screws, brackets, clips, and other components are not included, you will receive the item just as shown in the listing.

SHIPPING:
- Shipping will be an additional $200 for commercial addresses. This does not include limited access commercial addresses. If the commercial address is limited access we will have to cancel your order or provide you with a new shipping quote
- Please note that your order will be canceled if you purchase the item with a residential address. If you would like to have this shipped to a residential address please make sure to message us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing the item.
- In some cases we will have to cancel the order due to some carriers not being able to ship to certain locations.
- Please be aware that the address that we ship to is the address that you have provided and have been quoted for.
- For any address changes please make sure to message us
- Items take up to 2-3 business days to process once payment is made, our items are shipped through standard LTL freight which is usually 3-7 business days but can sometimes take longer.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded for items that are canceled during transit, the buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Items can be purchased for local pick up in Clinton MD.
- Once purchased, you will receive a pick up address in 1-2 business days.
- Buyer will have up to two weeks to pick up the item after purchase.
- We are open for pickup Mon.- Fri. from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. & Sat. from 8 A.M. to 2 P.M.

RETURNS:- You will have 30 days after receiving the part to return it.
- If the reason for the return is not due to a mistake on our end we will not be responsible for any return cost and a %20 restocking fee will be charged to your refund.
- Items returned damaged or not in its original condition a %50 restocking fee will be charged to your refund.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded for items that are canceled during transit, the buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
