At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice. We commission a forwarding agent to send the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and telephone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of £0.00 will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount may be transferred before the goods are dispatched (a notification email is sent in advance before the goods arrive), paid to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash-on-delivery fee of 5%, at least £45.00 in this case), or directly at one of our furniture stores (by appointment only).
