Goods in stock can be picked up after an appointment has been made (please find out more before purchasing).
At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice. We commission a forwarding agent to send the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and telephone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). Free delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time is approx. 1 week longer). There can be higher shipping costs, please inquire before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of GBP0.00 will be charged. the collection takes place by appointment only..
The outstanding balance is either transferred before the goods are shipped (you will receive an information email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the forwarding agent upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least 45.00 GBP in this case ) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
