After completing the order you will receive an email notification. You then only pay 15% of the deposit, as this is not a mass product.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in good time when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least 45.00 GBP in this case ) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
We do not produce in bulk, but "just in time" after a customer has completed the order.
After receipt of the 15% down payment, please allow 8-12 weeks of production time - this is also the customary waiting time.
In the case of goods in stock, they can be picked up after an appointment has been made (please find out more before purchasing).
At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or any other location of your choice. In this case, we will commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in the original packaging through a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in rare cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs within the United Kingdom are FREE. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (shipping time is approx. 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please inform yourself before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
Basically, we offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of GBP 0.00 will be charged. Collection takes place by appointment only.
