NRFB 2004 Play Along Plush Talking Love-A-Lot Care Bear with VHS Tape Hearts

NRFB.  Box is in pretty rough shape.  There's also a water stain on the lower back of box.  Bear is not talking.  Battery is dead and, based on its age, I'd imagine battery chamber is also corroded.  View all photos.
