After receipt of the 15% deposit, please allow 10-14 weeks of production time - this is also the customary waiting time.
In the case of goods in stock (please request more information), the goods can be picked up by appointment.
At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a freight forwarder to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agency and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs within the United Kingdom are FREE. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please inform yourself before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (Gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available.
We offer a collection of the goods, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new purchase directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of 0.00 GBP will be charged. Collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in good time when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least 45.00 GBP in this case ) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
