Each package contains 13 Letters Spelling out "Happy Birthday"
These balloons are made from thick quality foil. They can be strung along and hung as a banner, or taped to the wall. It is not recommended to use Helium, since the foil is thick (For better quality reasons) the balloons may not float. It is however do-able, just not recommended.
Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
