At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or any other location of your choice. In this case, we will commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in the original packaging through a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in rare cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery within the United Kingdom is FREE. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (shipping time is approx. 1 week longer). There can be higher shipping costs, please inquire before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
Basically, we offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of GBP 0.00 will be charged. Collection takes place by appointment only.
The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in good time when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least 45.00 GBP in this case ) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
