This listing is for the first edition hardback of Neiman Marcus Texas by Frank X. Tolbert. Book has some wear and the dustjacket has many tears around the edges.  There is some yellowing/discoloration of the pages due to age and there is some staining on the cover of the book (see pics above).  The spine is straight and the binding is good.  Original price of 2.95 is intact on dustjacket flap and stated First Edition on back of title page.
