Payment

All payments should be made within one week of winning or buying an item. If you wish to bid for or buy additional items, please send a message to let us know. Items that have not been paid for within seven days, without communication will have an unpaid item claim opened.

Postage

All items are posted out within two days of payment being received (excluding the weekend) using Royal Mail or Hermes services. In all instances, proof of postage is obtained. If there are any problems regarding postage of your item, we will get in touch with you, otherwise, all necessary information will be available on your My eBay page. Should you have any problems, please get in touch and we will contact Royal Mail.
Collection in person is available from any of these locations – DA4 (Dartford/Sevenoaks) postcode area.

Returns
