This is an absolutely incredible Qashgai rug.  Rug is expertly hand knotted and was recently professionally cleaned by a company skilled in handling antique tribal rugs.  Some professional repair work has been done on this rug, most notably on the binding which is to be expected for a rug of this age.  Rug features a geometric pattern with various symbols and animals throughout.  I was told that this rug was most likely made by a man for his wife and as such deserves to be displayed in a special place - Though somewhere low traffic is recommended to help maintain the rug for many more years!

Rug is approximately 5'2'' x 6'8'' though measurement may not be consistent from all angles due to the handmade nature.
