Delivery

Local Pickup:  appointment ONLY @ Wacol, Brisbane, QLD, 4076 between Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm (excluding public holidays).

Packaging & Handling:  1 business day handling period. Package dispatched from Wacol, Brisbane.

National Postage:  We offer shipping to home, work or nearest courier depot for your convenience.

International Postage:  We use Australian Post Air Express (EMS), DHL, and FedEx (TNT).

Freight:  For large or bulky item, contact us with the required info (below) for a personalised quote.

Warranty

The warranty does NOT cover
Any consumable parts of the goods being sold (eg. batteries, ink, printing ribbons or paper, etc.)
Compatibility / suitability issues - please ensure item is fit to purpose prior to purchase.
Any defect or damage as a result of using the goods in a manner other than its intended or customary use
Any defect or damage which have been caused by abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, including damage caused by freight, blown fuses, electrical fluctuations, spill of food or liquid Breakage or damage to the casing
All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use
Items which have had the serial number removed or made illegible
Items which have been damaged in transit on return
Items where the security seal has been removed or tampered with in any way

Returns

Contact our friendly staff and arrange item return. Once received and verified we will process your return accordingly.
A 20% restocking fee may apply on "change of mind" purchase returns. 
Postage and Handling fees are not refundable. It is the buyers responsibility for the cost of return postage.

Abandoned / Uncollected Goods

Unless with prior arrangements, goods MUST be collected within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned / uncollected goods under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967.

By the purchase or receipt of any item(s)/product(s), the buyer and/or any third party which receives said item(s)/product(s) is agreeing to the terms and conditions within this listing.

This item, unless in new condition, has NOT been thoroughly tested by a qualified technician.
