• This felt is a mix of 30% wool and 70% viscose which results in a felt with a lovely soft feel (due to the wool content).  It is packed in a choice of packs with each pack offering 4 colours and each piece being 9" x 9" (22x22cm) - it is 1-2mm thick and 300gms/m2.   It can be  used for all applications where felt is used and can be glued or sewn.   It can also be used for toys as it passes the EN71 European Safety Stand.
• This felt is also soft enough to be used for 2D needle felting (also known as 'painting with wool') as it will not damage the felting needle like some of the 'rougher' felts will.   The different colours are perfect to give different effects to your needle felting by allowing the colours to show through, or to give an all over background colour.
• Because the felt is a bonded material it can be cut in any direction and will not fray.   Any creases can be ironed (on a wool setting) but the felt is dry clean only.
