In the case of goods in stock (please inform yourself before completing the purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.
At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and telephone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are 0.00 GBP within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please inform yourself before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (gates or main address). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
Basically we offer a collection of the goods, but the goods can also be delivered on customer request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of 0.00 GBP will be charged. Collection takes place by appointment only.
After placing the order, you will receive an email notification. You, then, only pay 15% of the full amount, since this is not a mass product.
The outstanding balance is either transferred before the goods are shipped (you will receive an information email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the forwarding agent upon delivery (in this case the customer pays the 5% cash on delivery fee of at least 45.00 GBP) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
