• Easy Inflation - Helium or Air

All balloons will float using helium with the exception of the Happy Birthday banner. We also recommend using 'Hi-Float' with all latex helium balloons as it extends the flight time considerably.  Alternatively all balloons can be filled with air with the straw provided.

• Get it Fast!

We are a UK Seller with dispatches the same day if ordered by 2pm on weekdays or 11am on Saturday.  Sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard (which usually takes 2-4 working days).  1st class is available (which usually takes 1-2 working days) for £2 per order.  Please note you can group as many items from our shop as possible and benefit from up to 15% off when ordering numerous products.

Please note that the delivery times given on eBay are simply an estimate.  An overwhelming majority of our deliveries will arrive on or before this date, but it is not a guarantee. Please allow extra time to receive your order or upgrade your delivery method where possible.

• On Arrival

Please check your items thoroughly on their arrival.  Please get in contact if you are not happy with your order before inflation.  Balloons should be inflated with care.  Please ensure you understand how to inflate the balloon prior to any attempts or get in touch if you have any questions whatsoever as damage can be caused easily if not inflated correctly.

Return item has to be unused and must be returned in its original packaging. 

We will issue a full refund or exchange the item on its return.
