All balloons will float using helium or alternatively, they can be filled with air with the straw provided.

We are a UK Seller with dispatches the same day if ordered by 2pm on weekdays or 11am on Saturday.  Sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard.  Delivery upgrades are available to get your order even faster though!

Returns
Please thoroughly check your items are correct and in excellent condition at the earliest opportunity.  Your order is checked at the point of packaging, and although very unlikely, damage could occur during transport.  If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your order the product, please get in contact before using the products as we will do our best to make any possible amendments.  
Return item has to be unused and must be returned in its original packaging.  
We will issue a full refund or exchange the item on its return.
