Solid Silver Victorian Officer’s Example, Hallmarked Edinburgh 1898.
A large and impressive, very fine and rare plaid brooch of the Celtic regimental design, with four raised boss shields as of regular battalions, with further scroll beneath with “VII Volunteer Battn”.
The reverse carries a fine stout pin.
