Function introduction:

The time delay relay module adopts NE555 as the time base.

Function: connect power supply to module, the relay switch disconnected,
and then after a estimated time, the relay switch connected.
The relay terminal have NO(Normally Open) and NC(Normally Closed),
When use the NO and COM terminal, it is delay turn on.
