IMPORTANT POLICIES AND INFORMATION:
We aim to be transparent with our business practices and reading the information below will be of great help to you when placing an order with us.
1) SHIPPING COSTS, PACKAGING, and INSURANCE: If you select "ebay Standard Envelope" as the shipping option, your card(s) will ship in a plain white envelope (with tracking). This option is maxed at $20 value for 1 card or $50 value for up to 5 cards. The "USPS 1st Class" option is also available by special request at invoice if you do not want your order to ship in a plain white envelope. The "USPS 1st Class" option provides a bubble envelope with tracking and is required when a single card in your order has a value over $20, there are more than 5 cards in your order, or the order total is over $50. All orders ship with insurance, the price of which is built into the shipping cost along with the cost of any other packaging materials (such as top loaders).
2) ITEM CONDITION and RETURNS: All of the items we sell are in NEAR MINT condition or BETTER unless it is specifically otherwise noted in the listing description. Please note that "near mint" condition does not mean GEM MINT, it means that there can be imperfections. The definition of Near Mint (PSA 7) is: "A PSA NM 7 is a card with just a slight surface wear visible upon close inspection. There may be slight fraying on some corners. Picture focus may be slightly out-of-register. A minor printing blemish is acceptable. Slight wax staining is acceptable on the back of the card only. Most of the original gloss is retained. Centering must be approximately 70/30 to 75/25 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back." The images shown with the listing are stock photos representative of the item we will ship you, including being representative of the condition of the item you will receive. We only accept returns on a case-by-case basis due to the fact that once you make a purchase and we ship it, we have expended time and money to fulfill your order that we do not get compensated for if you change your mind and want to return the product. If there is a problem with your order (such as missing an item or receiving an incorrect item) we will correct the issue promptly if you contact us. If your order is damaged, as stated above we can promptly ship you a replacement once we initiate the insurance claim process. If you decide you don't want the item after we've shipped it, a return may be authorized but the item must be returned in original condition, no shipping costs will be refunded, and we may withhold 50% of the purchase price.
3) INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Nearly half of our business comes from our friends outside of the United States and we welcome orders from around the world! Rest assured, your order will ship as safely and securely as orders within the US in order to prevent damage or loss during transit. They are also insured so in the rare event of damage or loss, we can quickly get a replacement out to you. We are not responsible for any import/customs fees you may incur in your country to receive your package from us however we make every effort to minimize those fees for you (including NOT placing an invoice inside of the package among other things). Please note that if you refuse your package due to customs/import fees, a return/refund will not be granted.
4) PRE-ORDERS: We generally begin accepting pre-orders for products about 30 days from the release date. In the event a product release is pushed back and your order will not ship within 30 days of your payment, we will cancel and refund your order at your request. If an item is not in stock and is a pre-order, this will be clearly noted in the item's description along with the current release date.

We are a distributor for Rittenhouse Archives and specialize in their entire product line, including sealed boxes/cases, hand assembled base, insert, mini-master, and master sets, and also singles such as autographs and sketches!

Our history... We first began business under the name Picard's Grand Auctions and then our new name in 2004 when we moved to the Bushkill Township-Nazareth area. And yes, we are named after a geographical place and not politically or otherwise oriented! For most of our history, we were a mail order only company. At the beginning, we specialized in only selling Decipher's Star Trek Customizable Card Game, eventually expanding to the Star Wars CCG and later the Lord of the Rings TCG. In 2006, we added Star Trek trading card products by Rittenhouse Archives to our catalog and then expanded to their entire product line. Finally in 2011 we opened a brick and mortar retail location and grew from 1 employee to 7 in order to keep up with the steady stream of orders!
