The steering wheel works. 

Missing back door. 

Wheels roll. A classic piece of art. As is. 

The tires are dry and have some cracks but are not brittle. Still hold shape. 

The front axel is missing the rivet and looks like someone tried holding together with a nail. 

The steering still turns the wheels and the wheels roll with no problem. 

Not sure of exact year, but it was made in the 20's.

Weighs about 13lbs.
