This DVD features three 20-minute workouts, Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
each of which features, in rapid succession, short bursts of strength, cardio, core training, and a cool-down.

The Beginner workout will have the hearts racing of even the most fittest of people.

Using continuous short bursts of exercise, you will soon seen those pounds fall.

There are a few modified moves for true beginners, but even for them, this workout doesn't cut much slack
everyone has to do real jumping jacks, and a lot of them.

The only thing you need to jump into this Workout is a set of small hand weights, and, if you have a hard floor,
a mat for the floor moves.

Otherwise, commit 20 minutes a day for a month, and get that lean, shredded body you've always wanted.

Day 1-10 : Level 1 Beginner
Day 11-20: Level 2 Intermediate
Day 21-30: Level 3 Advanced

The first level should be completed for the first 10 days, the second level should be done for the next 10 days
and then the third level for the final 10 days.

Exercise alone is only 30% of weightloss so make sure your diet is in check when doing this DVD for effective weightloss.
