How do I return an item?
All return requests can be created by opening a request through your eBay purchase history and selecting on the order. Please select the option for the return and explain the reason for returning. Depending on the option selected, we will provide you with a free returns label. Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will inspect the order. If found to have abused eBay's return policy we hold the right to reject your return. Please ensure all returns are re-packaged safely so that the order can not be damaged during transit.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will then be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. The processing time typical takes 3-5 working days. However, this can depend on your financial institution.
Shipping & Delivery Information (United Kingdom Mainland):
All orders placed with Foz Tech before 1PM on Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the next working day. However, this excludes bank and public holidays. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Shipping Options:
Royal Mail 48: Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail 24: Estimated delivery is 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Guaranteed Next Working Day (from the day of dispatch). Not including Saturday or Sunday. For example, if you order on Thursday after 1PM, your order would be dispatched on Friday and guaranteed for Monday.
Due to ongoing industrial action from Royal Mail all orders are adversely affected.
Shipping & Delivery information (International):
We exclusively utilise eBay Global Shipping Programme for international orders. Unavailable items for this programme cannot be purchased, and any such orders will be cancelled.
Please Note:
1. The estimated arrival times are specified directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date.
2. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt, apart from those delivered using the Royal Mail standard 48/24 Class service.
3. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier.
4. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers. It is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings but they are not guaranteed.
5. If goods are returned to FozTech because of a failed delivery for any reason, the postage cost is non refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send the goods.
6. For missing or delayed items please note that we have to wait 15 days after the estimated delivery date before we are able to consider action such as a replacement or a refund.
