Terms & Conditions 1) This is a brand new mattress with a high spring and fillings count, it will take 8 weeks for the springs and fillings to settle, please note we will not accept any returns based on tension being to firm or soft for the first 8 weeks as this is how long it takes for the springs and fillings to settle, if after 8 weeks the mattress is not right we will accept collect the mattress free of charge and refund you the full amount minus £60 for the delivery cost upon inspection or exchange the mattress also for free of charge. 2) Please inspect the item prior to signing the delivery slip, we cannot accept any claims for damages if the delivery slip has been signed for. 3) Please note due to conflict of interest we do not the descriptive label onto our mattresses 4) Please note sagging and dips are very different from settlements and indents, settlements and indents are common in natural mattresses and this does not mean the mattress is damaged. |

We use a courier to deliver our items and as with all carriers delivery is 99% of the time promised although we work together to ensure a smooth transaction.

You can return any item purchased from us within 7 days
Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in its original condition and packaging. If unpacked or unrolled a £30 handling fee will be charged
The buyer is responsible for return costs. If the goods need to be collected by ourselves there will also be a £40 collection charge. The items must be unused.
Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them.
We regret that we cannot be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.
If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advice the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing.
This enables the replacement procedure to be a lot more efficient.
Please report any damages within 24 hours to allow us to claim against our carriers. Damaged items or parts will be replaced by us free of charge.
