About debugging:
1 zero adjustment
First of all, make the system is in the idle state, adjust the marking "ZERO" potentiometer to adjust the zero offset. The multimeter is used to measure the output voltage or current, let show a value as close as possible to the zero value display. Or change the magnification zero change will become big.
2 gain adjustment
The system loading a certain weight value (the recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), the calculation of the output current value according to the load weight and the maximum weighting value relation, using the digital multimeter monitoring output, potentiometer to adjust amplifier gain spin labeled "SPAN".
3 the retest
The system is in the idle state, measuring the zero output; loading a certain weight value, output voltage measurement whether fluoride expectation magnification If not, repeat steps 1, 2 adjust again.
