Thrilled to have acquired a few magnificent barkcloth, cotton and rayon textiles from a wonderful collection, unused & stored away for many years.
This one is a marvelous mid density cotton fabric in an exotic tropical floral. Dramatic palette on a black ground.
A lovely example of trending textiles from this period.
Appears to be an unused remnant as no side edges remain. Appears in good order. It does have a bit of a storage scent which I am airing outdoors. If it needs a bit of further airing, a good dry day generally does it or can be cleaned.
