Set comes from a smoke-free home and the pieces have been washed. 

Although used, not in a box and, except for the instructions, it is complete with no broken or missing pieces. However, some pieces may be scratched, faded, or have become discolored so there may be some variation between bricks of the same color.

I will combine multiple items to reduce shipping whenever possible. If you purchase this item and others I am selling, please request an invoice to receive any combined shipping discount. To request an invoice, add the items to your eBay cart and then request an invoice on the checkout page. I will reply with an invoice reflecting the combined shipping charge. Be aware that when you add items to your cart and request the invoice you will be committed to buying them.

Note: some buyers have indicated eBay’s system will not allow them to request an invoice from me. If you are unable to request an invoice, you will have to purchase the items and each item’s separate shipping cost. However, I will refund any shipping overage.

Unless other arrangements are made, payment is to be made within two days after purchase or invoice is sent.
