We only accept refund request for un-opened or un-used item, buyer has to return item in original condition and retail package within 30 day. 20% restocking fee will be deducted for all refund cases. Refund will be processed after we received return.
 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of ALL exchange/refund cases. We will cover shipping cost when sending out replacement.
 
Products that are modified/customized are NOT covered by our return/exchange policy.

Compatibility issue:
