This is a handmade Halloween Table Tipper in a crazy quilt pattern. It measures 40” in diameter and is fashioned from vintage and contemporary Halloween cotton fabrics it is bordered in a black fringed and backed in a solid black cotton fabric. This is ooak sewn by myself and sold under my store name NJ Dry Goods. Brand new. Could also be used as a tree skirt.
