Payment
We offer combined shipment for all items purchased within 7 days. If you wish to save on shipping: ask us for a combined invoice and do not pay until you received a new invoice which will reflect the reduced shipping costs.
Shipping
The buyer might have to bear additional costs, such as duties, taxes, custom clearance fees etc. The shipping fee does not include these costs.
Insurance on every transaction is included. All our orders will be shipped by Deutsche Post, FedEx or DHL. Please consider that international shipping can take longer and shipping times may vary.
Terms of Sale
In the unlikely event that you should receive an item damaged or not as described, it goes without saying that we will pay for the return shipping costs!
