Of an altitude of 500-1000 m with rich basalt soil, the Highlands are the natural home to Vietnam’s coffee, with Buon Me Thuot and Da Lat being two major centres for Robusta and Arabica production respectively.
The Robusta from Buon Me Thuot locality is widely recognized for its heavy body and a strong, complex taste.
Cau Dat is a traditional Arabica growing area in the vicinity of DaLat City. Its Arabica Mocha is well-known for a rich fruity flavor and clean acidity.
The blend between Weasel Coffee and specialy coffee yields a medium bodied, winey mellow flavor with a rich chocolaty aroma that will give your senses the pleasure they probably haven’t known.
How to use:
- Unpackage to get the coffee. Then tear along the dot line to open it.
- Place the hangers onto cup
- Use about 10-20ml (80oC-100oC) and pour into the drip bag, so that coffee is soaked; after 10 second, pour 80-100ml hot water. Then, add sugar, milk, ice arcording to the tastes of each personal favourite.
- Throw the coffee bag to a bin
Composition: 100% coffee (10% Weasel Arabica Coffee, 90% Arabica Mocha coffee)
Storing notice: Keep in cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
