Power Requirements
Lead-acid battery: 12V battery car battery 20AH*2 (new)
New car starter battery: 12V 36-45AH
Model aircraft battery: 12V 3S 4000MAH 35C/3S 5000MAH 25C/3S 8000mah 20C
Car startup power supply: 11.5-14.8V internal resistance should be greater than 2.5 milliohms and less than 7 milliohms
Self-assembled battery: 11.5-14.8V battery with total internal resistance less than 7 milliohms
 
 
Instructions for use:
Negative power supply: connect the negative pole of the power supply, please connect it to the front of the board
Soldering pen output negative pole: connect black soldering pen, please connect it on the front of the board
Positive pole of power supply/positive pole of welding pen output: connect to positive pole of power supply and red welding pen
Note: These 2 lines should be stacked together and connected to the reverse side of the board
Positive input and output, stacked together, connected to the back of the board
Negative input and output, please be sure to connect to the front of the board
 
 
Gear reduction/function setting:
1. As the downshift key: in the main interface, press it once to reduce 1 gear (fine adjustment)
2. As a function setting key: long press to enter the setting menu (please do not touch the setting unless necessary)
Gear up/shutdown:
1. As an upshift key: in the main interface, press it once to add 5 gears (coarse adjustment)
2. As a switch button: long press the button to turn off, long press to turn it on when it is off
When in standby, the digital tube will alternately display the gear position and the power supply voltage, which will be exchanged every second.
When the display is: d + two digits are the gear display. For example: d99, which means: 99 gears
When it displays: 12.6 such three digits, it means that the voltage of the power supply is: 12.6V
If the voltage is lower than 10V, it will display 2 decimal places. If the precision is higher than 10V, it will display 1 digit precision
 
 
3 power modes:
P1 is the default mode, suitable for most batteries, P2 is the enhanced power mode, suitable for batteries with poor performance, and P3 is the super power mode, suitable for batteries with very poor battery performance.
Normal P1 is fine. If the power supply battery is poor and P1 cannot be welded, it can be adjusted to P2 mode.
If P1 can be soldered, do not switch to P2 mode. It is easy to burn the motherboard in P2 mode but still can't solder, you can try P3 mode
As a last resort, please do not use P3 mode, P3 mode is very easy to burn the motherboard
 
2 welding delays:
AU0: Indicates no delay. The welding pen will output current as soon as it falls, suitable for customers with hands-on ability to install a foot switch
AU1: The request is delayed for 1 second, and the current is output only after the welding pen is dropped for 1 second.
The default is AU1, suitable for automatic triggering of welding pen
