Biography 

Julien Prosper Legastelois was a student of Joseph Carlier , Henri Louis Levasseur , Georges Tonnelier and Oscar Roty 3 at the École des beaux-arts de Paris .

He is buried with his daughter Luce Legastelois-Brand (1885-1954), flower painter, in the Rabelais 1 cemetery in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés 4 .
