Ford Transit Custom 2012-2017 Headrest TV Mount

This mount is for the early model Transit Custom seats that have headrest posts 11cm apart, if you have a later model van with headrest posts 15cm apart then you will need our other listing for 2017-current models (2017-current item number 403871226877). Please check your headrest measurements (centre to centre of the posts) before ordering, especially if you plan to fit to passenger seats as Ford does fit mismatched seats to vans from factory, and, a previous owner may have fitted later seats to your van. The mount does NOT fit  earlier ford transit seats.

Working with a local engineering firm and local powder coaters, we have produced a very simple to use headrest TV mount for TVs thatsupports both the 75x75mm and 100x100mm vesa mounting system. The mount is in two parts, a headrest mount that slips over the front seat headrest posts and a slip collar mount that screws to the back of the TV (screws not included as they vary from TV to TV). 

The mount has been designed to protrude as little as possible from the back of seat making it practical for use in a Crew Van to offer rear seat passengers TV viewing on the road, whilst still being able to get in and out easily. The other benefit of this aspect of the design is that the TV will not get in the way of the hinged tops on your hob/sink unit, removing the need to juggle the TV and the cooking in campers / dayvans. 

When you need to remove the TV, the slip mount allows for instant removal from your van, or to store the TV out of sight if the van is being parked up. The whole mounting / removal is a quick and simple process thanks to the design.

The mounts are 100% steel, finished in a hardwearing satin black powder coat finish and have no fiddly screw clamps.
