With us, we are not happy unless you are. Which is why we offer a 30-day return policy, for any reason. All returned item(s) must be unopened and/or unused. Clothing items must have all designer labels and all tags still attached. Items must be returned as you received them. On some product(s) tamper stickers are used to ensure items have not been opened and used, if these tamper stickers are not intact or if item has been removed returns will not be accepted. If you receive the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return related shipping charges. If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returned payments will be issued within 3 business days (usually faster).

All payments must be processed through PayPal. Immediate payment is required for fixed listings, and there is a 72-hour grace period for all auction style listing. 

Every purchase will be provided a tracking number. We provide free shipping on most orders. Faster shipping options are available on most items for additional charges. USPS/FedEx are our preferred shipping carrier, in some cases we can arrange another carrier if requested by the customer (additional charges may apply).
