This listing is for a cute sailor suit costume in BRAND NEW condition.  The manufacturer's price is $19.99.  This is size XXS, 9-11 inches long, measured from the base of your dog's neck to the base of the tail.  It is made of white cotton blend, partially padded, with padded "flesh-color and tattooed" nylon arms.  It has a cut out for the dog's face, and a Velcro fastener for the body.  There is black stitched-on ribbon trim, and a black "tie."  The suit fastened in front with Velcro fasteners.  The suit is topped off with a white sailor's cap with a strap that has a Velcro fastener and an embroidered anchor.  The cap also has hemmed ear holes.  There are no parts that will present a choking hazard.  

I will donate 70% of the sale price of this item to the Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League, in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
