(A):Wrong purchase or by mistake purchase can be return however, we will deduct postage which we paid for when sending the item and customer will pay return postage.
(B):If the item is found to be faulty or the seller has sent the wrong item; we will provide a return label however;
(C):Buyer must provide clear photo or video evidence of item purchased; and the model that they purchased the item;
(D):Buyer must return item in original condition as received; once item has been received and inspected, refund will be issues as per our policy.
