Made in France, no sticker on bottom of bottle
Produced from 1900-1920's 

7 inches tall
2.5 inch diameter

There are a couple of chips in the glass stopper on the bottom, but is not an issue when the stopper is in place.  
There are also a few small chips along the bottom edge of glass bottle, but no cracks in glass. See photos
