Condition:  Very Good.  This magazine is 100% complete with all pages, posters, ads included.  There are no cut outs.  I go through every page of every magazine I sell to make sure you know exactly what you are buying. 

Shipping:  

• Will combine shipping for items which can be shipped together. 
• If ordering multiple items from the US, after purchasing your items, but before paying, request a combined invoice so I can apply the shipping discount.  If you end up paying individually, I will refund the shipping discount you would have received that you overpaid.
• If interested in ordering multiple items outside the US, please send a message before purchasing so I can create a lot listing for you of all the items you are interested in.  By doing this, I can give you a combined shipping rate to save you money.  There is no way to combine shipping on multiple orders outside the US if you purchase them separately and no refund would be available in that case.
