RETURNS
At BLACK+DECKER we want to make sure all our buyers are happy with the items & service they have received from us. However, we understand that there may be times where you need to return your item/s and we will aim to make this process as quick and as easy as possible for you. If you decide that your purchase is no longer needed it must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused & in its original packaging. Unless you are returning your item for guarantee purposes, if these requirements aren't met, then we may need to raise a case with eBay.

They will be happy to assist you further, as well as supply you with a free pre-paid returns label. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. Please wait for us to accept your returns request before returning the item/s to us, as we are unable to reimburse postal charges if you send the item back yourself without contacting us directly first. Once the item has been received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original payment method. In most cases, you will receive your money back within 3-5 business days of the refund being issued. However, sometimes it may take up to 30 days depending on the payment method you have used.

If your BLACK+DECKER refurbished product becomes defective due to faulty materials or lack of conformity within 12 months from the date of delivery, BLACK+DECKER guarantees to repair products, replace all defective parts, subjected to fair wear and tear, to make sure of the minimum inconvenience to the buyer, unless:
- The product has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.
- The product has been subject to misuse or neglect.
- The product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents.
The guarantee is not valid against accidental damage, cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear. This guarantee complies with all applicable laws and does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
You are eligible for a full refund if your item has become defective within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, you will be offered a repair(1) or replacement product(2) only.
(1) A repair of the eligible item with new or refurbished parts for 12 months following the delivery of the eligible item at no additional charge to the buyer.
(2) A replacement of the eligible item entirely, either with a new or refurbished item, of either the same or better specification, at no additional charge to the buyer.
