The clamping ring on the back of the wheel cover must be adjusted as follows
The wheel cover has no hold because the clamping ring is too small.
SOLUTION: Carefully press the clamping ring curvature with pliers, thus increasing the clamping ring circumference
Wheel cover cannot be inserted because clamping ring is too large
SOLUTION: Carefully press the clamping ring curvature together, thus reducing the clamping ring circumference
