This is exemplified by our unique Miracoil spring system, supported through our iconic Hippo and Duck characters first created to demonstrate the unique "No Roll Together" properties of a Miracoil mattress.

All our products are manufactured in the UK and tested to British and European standards and fully certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Each bed and mattress is put through rigorous testing to ensure we exceed British standards. We are so confident in the quality of our products we offer a peace of mind guarantee on all our beds and mattresses.

All our products come with free UK delivery as standard. For the majority of our products we offer a free, professional two man delivery service which includes the set up in your room of choice plus the removal of all packaging. In addition we offer an optional removal service where we can take your old bed or mattress away and dispose of this in a responsible manner.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

When placing your order please remember to include a contact telephone number in the checkout details. Failing to provide this may delay delivery of your goods.

This number is required by the courier company for the arrangement of the delivery.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via PayPal or BACS transfer (contact for details). Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

PAYMENT

Goods are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of cleared payment unless otherwise stated.

Due to the high level of demand on some of our furniture, stock levels may be low at times and delivery dates may be affected.

We use a courier to deliver our items and as with all carriers delivery is 99% of the time promised although we work together to ensure a smooth transaction.

In the event of any delays customers will be informed in advance.

The delivery fee stated above relates to deliveries made within the mainland UK area ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not post to the following post codes: BT, HS, IV, KW, PA, PL, and ZE. We cannot be in anyway held responsible for late / part delivery of item, although we will ensure that its rectified as soon as possible.

RETURNS

You can return any item purchased from us within 7 days

Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in its original condition and packaging.  If unpacked or unrolled a £30 handling fee will be charged

The buyer is responsible for return costs. If the goods need to be collected by ourselves there will also be a £40 collection charge. The items must be unused.

Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them.

We regret that we cannot be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.

If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advice the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing.

This enables the replacement procedure to be a lot more efficient. 

Please report any damages within 24 hours to allow us to claim against our carriers. Damaged items or parts will be replaced by us free of charge.

All buyers are protected via the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR).
